Justin Bieber Puts An End To DNA Drama

He’s got nothing to hide, and Justin Bieber submitted to a DNA test in New Jersey this past Friday night (November 18) to prove he’s not Mariah Yeater’s babydaddy.
The “Never Say Never” singer, who was spotted out at IHOP with girlfriendSelena Gomez earlier today (November 21), is said to have undergone the test at a lab under “very controlled circumstances” to maintain a solid chain of custody, reports TMZ.


Therefore, Miss Yeater’s attorney won’t have any reason or basis to challenge the validity of Bieber’s DNA specimen.

From here, Yeater must produce a DNA sample from her 3-month-old baby if she hopes to substantiate her claim that Justin is the daddy.

Showing that they’re still going strong, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez were spotted looking cozy on the red carpet at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards tonight (August 28).


The “Ramona & Beezus” babe was playing host for the pre-show festivities when her bigger-than-life-boyfriend showed up for an interview.

Bieber planted a sweet smooch on his ladyfriend and introduced his slithery reptilian pet to the world.

Justin shared, “I have my snake.” Selena asked, “What’s your snake’s name?” to which he replied, “My snake’s name is Johnson.”

When asked if he was pumped about his Best Male Video nod, Bieber gushed, "You know, I'm just excited to be in the category with such amazing people. I'm just happy to be here."

And as it turns out, Justin ended up taking home the MoonMan for Best Male Video for his clip “U Smile.”

She's maturing into quite the adorable young lady right before our very eyes, and Selena Gomez showed off her blossoming bikini body while poolside in Orlando, Florida over the weekend (July 29).

Prior to Miss Gomez's hotel relaxation, she joined a group of friends on a trip to Universal Studios which included an adrenaline-pumping water ride at Islands of Adventure.

Tweeting to her millions of fans about the Universal visit, the 19-year-old wrote, "First day off in Harry Potter Land we my girls in Orlando Florida. Having some butter beer."

It's one of the most magical places on Earth, so it seems quite fitting that Selena Gomez celebrated her birthday with boyfriend Justin Bieber at Disneyland in Anaheim, California.

The "Who Says" singer took to the family resort with her "Baby" hitmaker beau on Friday (July 22), as Miss Gomez busily hit the gift shops while ringing in her 19th birthday.

The Disneyland outing comes as Selena's quite the hot lady on the web today, of which she tweeted, "HappyBirthdaySelena is a trending topic. Thank you all so much for a great birthday."

The birthday outing comes just days after Miss Gomez thanked her fans upon receiving three nominations at the Teen Choice Awards including “Choice Summer Movie Star: Female,” “Choice Summer Music Star,” and "Choice Summer Movie" for her recently released film "Monte Carlo".

Tweeting upon hearing the good news, Selena wrote, "What a great morning....just found out I was nominated for three more teen choice awards. You guys are the best"

She’s always on the go, and earlier today (June 28) Selena Gomez was spotted arriving into LaGuardia Airport in New York City.
The “Wizards of Waverly Place” cutie was escorted to her car by a bodyguard and carried a pillow and teddy bear as she went.
Coming up tomorrow night (June 29) at 10pm, Selena will be featured on her very own E! Entertainment Special.

In the program, Gomez talks about being a role model- “I’m human, I’m not perfect. I make mistakes all the time, but I guess my job is to keep those mistakes to myself, which I’m already fine doing and just try to be the best I can be for those kids.”

She also discusses being famous- “This is a very superficial job. I sit in a chair for two hours and get hair and makeup done and talk about [myself] in interviews. That’s a very vain thing to do. And I do get caught up in it sometimes. I do.”

Making for a star-studded red carpet affair, "Monte Carlo" held its premiere at AMC Loews Lincoln Square in New York City on Thursday night (June 23).


Stepping out to support his lady, Justin Bieber was on-hand while watching on as girlfriend Selena Gomez soaked up the spotlight at the Big Apple screening.

Also joining in on the fun were Miss Gomez's castmates including the lovely Katie Cassidy and timeless beauty Andie MacDowell.

Directed by Thomas Bezucha, "Monte Carlo" tells the story of "three young women vacationing in Paris who find themselves whisked away to Monte Carlo after one of the girls is mistaken for a British heiress."

She has quite the big week in her career lying ahead, and Selena Gomez was busy this weekend pushing forth with her ambitious "Monte Carlo" mall tour on Saturday (June 25).

The "Wizards of Waverly Place" darling took to the North Shore Mall in Peabody, MA, entertaining fans who'd lined up hours in advance to catch a glimpse of the 18-year-old beauty.

With a new album due out Tuesday (June 28) followed by the theatrical release of her movie "Monte Carlo" on Friday (July 1), Miss Gomez recently spoke with Teen Vogue about transitioning from a child star to a lifelong entertainer.

She said, "I’m in a very crucial spot. It’s like starting over. I was trying to explain it to one of my friends, and he said, 'You'll be fine. People believe in you.' But when they're putting together a movie with Leonardo DiCaprio, I don't think they're going to go, 'Selena Gomez would be great for this!' I'm not an option. It's humbling, having to go from this Disney high back down to having to fight for roles.”

Selena Gomez Takes Over The 2011 MMVAs!

Celebrating the best in the music industry, Selena Gomez was on-hand for the 2011 MuchMusic Video Awards in Toronto, Canada on Sunday night (June 19).

The "Wizards of Waverly Place" darling received a warm welcome as she took to the downtown arrivals area prior to show's kickoff - during which she'll be both performing and acting as the ceremony's co-host.

As for the show, the 2011 MMVAs also feature performances by top acts including Lady Gaga, Snoop Dogg, Bruno Mars and Avril Lavigne while Colin Farrell, Nina Dobrev, Ian Somerhalder and Nikki Reed are among the scheduled presenters.

Meanwhile, Rihanna leads the pack with six MMVA nominations while Miss Gomez, Justin Bieber, Drake, Arcade Fire and Avril Lavigne are among those picking up multiple bids.
