Still battling the illness which forced her to seek immediate medical treatment on Thursday night, Selena Gomez was spotted making a return visit to the hospital in Burbank, California earlier today (June 11).
Looking completely worn down, the "Bang Bang Bang" singer was dressed in a casual sleeveless top and sweats as she headed inside to get another checkup after having suffered from symptoms including headaches and nausea.
With her rep telling press that Miss Gomez was undergoing routine tests, the medical woes forced Selena to cancel a Friday appearance at the Santa Monica Place Mall - which has been rescheduled for Monday.
Meanwhile, the 18-year-old has received well-wishes from boyfriend Justin Bieber, who tweeted, "#getwellselena," as well as fellow young star Demi Lovato, who wrote, "@selenagomez praying for you friend.. Love you.. #getwellselena"
